Snetterton bound and

seeking further podiums.
Balfe Motorsport are back in action this coming weekend (5-6 June) in GT Cup, for rounds 7 to 10 of the Championship at Snetterton.

It’s been an impressive start for the #90 pairing of Mike Price and Callum MacLeod already, securing podiums at both Donington Park and Brands Hatch, whilst finishing strongly in the remaining races in their McLaren 570S GT4.

With 62 points on the board and third in the GTH standings, Callum reflects on the season to date and expectations for the upcoming events.

It’s been a good start to the GT Cup season with two podiums with Mike, what are your expectations for Snetterton?
“I think we have to limit expectations until we see how the Balance of Performance is on track. It’s clear that the Aston Martin’s have had a big pace advantage at the first two rounds. If we can do a solid job again, maximise our performance, then we may be able to be on the podium again.”

Mike has proven quick from the outset, so what areas, in particular, do you coach him on, and how has he progressed in the six rounds to date?
“Mike has been superb so far this season; he’s very intelligent and a fast learner which really helps. We focus on all areas of driving performance, but the main thing is to break it down and focus on a few key areas at a time.”

You’ve finished all six rounds to date and third in the standings. Obviously, the more points the better, but what are the priorities for the GT Cup season as a whole?
“Our main objective is to keep improving, keep finishing, keep racking up the points and take it one race at a time.”
