The Ferrari Roma at 1:12 scale

After over 2000 hours of development and many hundreds of hours of casting, fitting, fettling, painting and building, our first small batch of 1:12 scale Ferrari Roma models has been completed.  Following approval by the design team at Ferrari, these first models are destined for Ferrari's offices and commercial projects, but further small batches are planned over the coming months.  As a valued member of our mailing list, we’d like to offer you the first opportunity to secure one of the next batch of Roma models at 1:12 scale. 

Capturing the timeless elegance and distinctive flair and style of 1950s and 60s Rome, the new Roma is Ferrari’s contemporary representation of that period’s carefree and pleasurable way of life. The new mid-front-engined 2+ coupé features refined proportions and a timeless design, and is powered by a 620cv unit from the four-time ‘International Engine of the Year’ award-winning V8 family. Focus was placed on delivering superior driving pleasure and comfort when dynamically developing the Ferrari Roma. This was achieved through the extraordinary reduction in mass (the Roma possesses the best weight/power ratio in its segment) combined with the introduction of the most recent evolution of the Side Slip Control, which includes the F1-Traction Control, Electronic-Differential 3, and Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer systems, among others.

Ferrari’s engineers developed a pioneering mobile rear spoiler that has been integrated into the Roma’s rear screen, designed to retain the car’s pure, graceful design when retracted whilst guaranteeing the downforce vital for the Roma’s phenomenal performance by automatically deploying at high speeds. This has been done to guarantee best-in-class performance while still preserving the stylistic purity of its bloodline.

The Ferrari 1:12 Scale Collection

Since our 1:12 scale collection announcement in May, we have been working hard to expand this elegant collection, which also includes the 812 GTS, 812 Superfast, SF90 Stradale and the LaFerrari. These editions, all limited to 199 pieces, have now entered the final stages of development and are available to pre-order.

Our recreation of the SF90 Spider at 1:12 scale is ahead of schedule, with the expectation that the first sample will be approved by Ferrari before the end of the year. The Portofino M is scheduled to follow soon after. As new Ferraris launch over the coming years, our range of 1:12 models will follow suit.
