Introducing the Ferrari 1:12 Scale Collection

Amalgam Collection has enjoyed a close cooperation with Ferrari since 1998. Now that partnership has been taken to a new level of engagement, with the launch of a program offering bespoke Amalgam models at either 1:8 or 1:12 scale as an option for customers ordering a new Ferrari. As an extension of this new cooperation, we are now offering 1:12 scale Limited Edition models of the current range of Ferrari sports cars, starting with the 812 Superfast and 812 GTS. These models are in the final stages of development and are now available to pre-order.  

The Roma, SF90 Stradale, SF90 Spider and Portofino M are all currently in development, with the former two intending to be released in the next couple of months. The Portofino M is anticipated to be launched in late 2021, whilst the SF90 Spider has no designated timeframe at this point. As new Ferrari cars continue to launch over the coming years, our range of 1:12 models will expand similarly. Bespoke models at 1:12 scale are exclusively available from Ferrari Dealerships.

Ferrari 812 GTS

The first V12 Ferrari Spider in 50 years, the 812 GTS is the convertible variant of the 812 Superfast. Like the historic predecessors which influenced its creation, the 812 GTS sets a new benchmark in terms of performance and exclusivity. It is not merely the most powerful production spider on the market, but also the most versatile thanks to its retractable hard top. The 812 GTS hails a triumphant return for a model type that has played a pivotal role in Ferrari’s history and the front mounted V12 architecture has not been used in a Ferrari series-production spider since the 365 GTS4 ‘Daytona’ Spider.

Ferrari 812 Superfast

Designed to push the boundaries of Ferrari’s own achievements, the 812 Superfast ushered in a new era in Ferrari 12-cylinder history, the power unit that had hailed the start of the marque's story 70 years prior. Intense research and development has been focused on utilising Ferrari’s wealth of track-derived engineering knowledge and the resulting 812 Superfast is designed to offer its drivers both benchmark performance across the board and the most exhilarating and rewarding driving experience possible. Building upon the invaluable legacies of the F12berlinetta and F12tdf, this was the fastest and most powerful series production car to originate from Maranello. 

Bespoke Ferrari Models

1:12 scale bespoke models are only available from Ferrari Dealerships, but we will continue to offer bespoke 1:8 models directly to our customers. Bespoke models at 1:8 of many classic Ferraris, along with all of the modern cars from the F430 to date can be supplied direct from Amalgam.
